This page presents a selection of representative projects carried out in institutional, scientific and educational contexts, either as a salaried staff member or as an independent consultant.

ZooParc de Beauval — Scientific mediation & training

At ZooParc de Beauval, I worked on scientific mediation, training and communication activities, in collaboration with scientific, educational and institutional teams.

  • Contribution to scientific and educational content for diverse audiences

  • Participation in the training of staff (scientific, educational and management teams)

  • Adaptation and revision of scientific content in English for institutional communication contexts

  • Work in a bilingual environment linked to conservation and international cooperation

Scientific communication & conservation

(Independent consultant)

As an independent consultant, I work with conservation-focused organisations and scientific or institutional structures.

​

  • Editing and revision of scientific and institutional texts in English

  • Specialised translation from French into English of conservation reports and institutional documents

  • Contribution to funding applications and project presentation materials

  • Editorial work on content intended for partners, donors or international audiences

  • Advice on textual clarity, content structure and terminological consistency

Specialised editorial project

(Independent consultant)

  • Full translation of a specialised scientific book (approximately 30,000 words)

  • Field: biology / anatomy

  • Translation carried out from French into English

  • In-depth work on scientific terminology, stylistic consistency and specialist readability

Scientific & professional English training

(Salaried and independent contexts)

Design and delivery of targeted training programmes in scientific and professional English, tailored to real institutional needs.

Training contexts include:

  • scientific and conservation teams

  • educational and institutional staff

  • professionals working in international environments

Training focuses on written and oral communication in English, professional documentation and adapting scientific discourse to different audiences and contexts.
